text_font_size=&#8221;17px&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.5em&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;||-10px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The case of this farm used as a single-family house offers an ideal example of how an existing structure with no special prerequisites can be converted with surprising results into a 100% green home: the house of the future, and of the present.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The building is located in the plains adjacent to Monviso (3.841 m), in the province of Cuneo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The whole renovation project that had this house at its centre was developed paying special attention to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, while perfectly fitting to the surrounding landscape.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Geonovis has designed and installed for the Customer a <strong>hydrothermal system<\/strong> (water-to-water, or open loop) with a total capacity of 15kW<sub>t<\/sub>, to satisfy the family&#8217;s thermal and domestic hot water needs throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; Photovoltaic panels installed for a total power output of 6 kW<sub>e<\/sub> contribute considerably to meeting this requirement.
